Cone Spreadability

Cone spreadability of the CD-1 is designed to determine the flowability of cement mortar in accordance with GOST 1581-96 in dry heated premises. Cementing oil and gas wells to protect them from exposure to groundwater is well cement. There is division in the cement for the "cold" 40 degrees and hot "over 40 degrees well. Initial Set well cements for "cold" wells at least every 2 hours "Hot" – in 1 hour and 45 minutes. They maintain the high mobility, have the ability to harden in high temperature and pressure, developed at great depths in the wells. Oilwell cement, mixing 50% water, capable of giving a moving mass (pulp) that can be pumped into the well pumps.

It is essential that the hardened cement stone of a dilute pulp had a high initial strength. To regulate Setting time is added to cement plaster, the optimal dosage of the plants which are selected depending on the mineralogical composition of clinker and cement fineness. Fineness of cement should be such that by sieving through a sieve held not less than 25% by weight of the sample. The degree of fineness are factory set according to figures obtained by the spreadability of the pulp, the timing and setting of the bending strength in two-day age. Cement spreadability with 50% water should be at least 16-18 cm from cone spreadability. Spreadability depends on the duration and intensity of mixing in the preparation of the solution, so reproducible results can be obtained only by strict limitation of these conditions. At the time the spreadability of the grout is in a static state, whereas it is well cementing in motion. Standard tests of oil-well portland cement include determining fineness of cement, cement flowability, setting time, strength, cement, uniformity volume change. Specifications: The minimum diameter of the concentric circle, mm 72 Maximum diameter of the concentric circle, mm 250 Distance between the circles of the cone, mm: 5 Height of the cone sampling: 60 The upper inner diameter of the sampling cone, mm: 37 Lower inner diameter of the sampling cone, mm: 70 Scale, mm: 1 Weight of the cone, kg: 3.8
