We accept these shortcomings, at times, simply hypertrophied form. We can choose at all levels of government and a felon and swindler, incompetent and in general … anyone. Corruption has reached catastrophic proportions simply that even the president, based on all these power and bureaucratic structures was forced to offer a series of measures to combat the phenomenon of corruption.
